Your contributions to the team include:
• Comprehensive room cleaning including dusting, making beds, removing used linen, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, inside window cleaning, cleaning coffee pots, ensuring pots are plugged in, cleaning sinks and fixtures, and checking under beds, drawers, and closets for left-behind articles or trash.
• Restock all supplies and amenities in rooms and stock linen supply room with clean linens for next day use, ensuring all terry, soap, glasses, comment cards, coffee, and other amenities are available.
• Arrange furniture following guest use.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guests.
• Respond to guest and staff inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Take ownership of guest’s privacy and belongings, ensuring the security of guest rooms.
• Ensure all lost property items left in guest rooms are recorded and properly tagged in the designated area.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all chemicals and cleaning products, and correct handling procedures.
• Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report all maintenance and safety hazards, including burned-out light bulbs, plumbing issues, and suspicious activities, to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Rooms Manager.
• Keep an updated record of all rooms cleaned.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

You will be eligible to receive wages starting from $18.25 to $22.00 per hour, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
