North Island Employment Foundations Society (NIEFS)
As a non-profit registered charity, NIEFS delivers many programs and services across the North Island. Some programs are funded by provided by government contracts and/or grants and other programs that fill identified employment and skills training gaps in the community are funded through generous donors.
Did you know?
NIEFS Board of Directors funded 2 youth employment specialists from donations and society funds for 3 years to support the Foundry pilot project here in Campbell River. Now, the model to include youth employment specialists in other Foundry locations is considered a best practice given the success of the Campbell River pilot and is now funded by Foundry Central as part of Foundry Work and Education.

All financial donations will be provided with a charitable receipt for tax purposes.
In-Kind Donations are graciously accepted for:
- Videography
- Promotional materials
- Marketing support - radio, newspapers, social media
