Campbell River Creative Industries Council - The Campbell River Creative Industries Council (CRCIC), is a not-for-profit society made up of a number of community organizations whose aim is to incubate and accelerate the growth of a cluster of creative industries in our community. 

Just as communities have mechanisms in place to respond to disasters, traumas and crisis
 situations, this protocol intends to give the community the tools to be prepared in the event
of a critical hate motivated incident. The protocol acts as a community quick assessment 
and responsive action towards critical incidents of discrimination and hate motivated incidents.
