We are a unique restaurant offering a western style breakfast in the mornings then switch to a sushi and Korean menu for lunch and dinner service. We open at 6 am and run the breakfast menu until 11 am. The kitchen then closes and we switch over to our lunch and dinner set up for 11:30. We are looking for another morning person to join our kitchen team. Shifts are Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am to aprox. 11:30 am to start (9-12hrs/week to start). After training is over there will opportunity to learn kitchen openings. More hours will also be available as the summer season approaches or to cover other staff when needed.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Prepping and expediting food, helping with dishes and participating in daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Wage is $20 to start depending on level of experience.

/We are looking for someone to lead the catering and decorative department at the Anchor Inn. The successful applicant will be detailed orientated, creative and a willingness to work in a team to create beautiful spaces for weddings and events in our function rooms.
The Decor room would be in your charge to keep track of and to maintain inventory.

The position is as events require, this is on average 20 days a month, all year. Some days are 4 hours and other days 10 hours. More in the summer.
Ideally, you will be interested in floral art, aware of new trends, especially with weddings and be able to bring a lot of energy to make memorable days for guests.

You will be working closely with the Event Manager to plan and co-ordinate new and existing events.
Potential for full time position if you are able to adapt quickly and be available for serving shifts.
