Peninsula Co-op is inviting applications for the position of Shift Supervisor, for our Ironwood Fuel and Convenience Centre located at 940 Ironwood Street, Campbell River, BC V9W 5K7. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity offering 32 - 40 hours of work per week. Our ideal candidate has fully open availability through tout the week (weekends inclusive)

• Know their way around under the hood of a car is also helpful, but not essential - we train for this.
• Confidently step in for management when needed and help protect people, environment, and property
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Supporting the Manager and the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor acts in a leadership capacity to ensure the effective operation of the department. Key areas of responsibility include ensuring a pleasant, comfortable, and safe shopping experience for our customers; being a role model for the team and providing support to enable them to do their jobs and develop their skills.
