(First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) Reporting to the Executive Director, Indigenous Health, the Director provides strategic and operational leadership to improve Indigenous health and wellness, overseeing programs across a geographic area while advancing culturally safe, system-wide transformation. Qualifications & Experience
- A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master’s degree in Health, Business Administration (MBA), or related field - 7+ years senior healthcare/program management experience - Strong knowledge of health systems, strategic planning, and operations - Experience partnering with Indigenous communities - Indigenous ancestry is preferred
