The Lot Attendant is responsible for the care, organization, and presentation of vehicles on the dealership lot. This role ensures that all new and pre-owned vehicles are clean, fueled, properly parked, and ready for customer viewing or delivery. The Lot Attendant supports the Sales and Service teams by assisting with vehicle movement, lot organization, and general upkeep of the dealership grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Park, organize, and move vehicles on the lot to ensure a professional display.
• Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles to ensure they are customer-ready.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and prepare vehicles for customer pick-up.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and surrounding areas.
• Perform vehicle inspections upon arrival and report any damage or issues.
• Support the Sales and Service Departments with vehicle movement as needed (test drives, service drop-offs, etc.).
• Ensure all vehicles are locked, keys are properly stored, and dealership security procedures are followed.
• Remove snow, debris, or hazards from the lot to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with dealership events, promotions, and display setups.
• Other related duties as required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle presentation.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous automotive or lot experience is an asset, but not required.
