General labourer wanted for busy deck repair/construction, vinyl and railing installation company. Full time position starting immediately until October 2026. You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the job, keeping the trailer and worksite clean, and running errands if required. Experience in construction or carpentry is an asset but not required -- we will train. You must be comfortable with working outside, physical labour, and a sometimes fast-paced environment. We are looking for a fast learner and good listener who can work well in a team or independently. There are opportunities for advancement for candidates with the right skills and attitude. You must have your own work boots and toolbelt. There is no smoking on the jobsite.

We are a BUSY and FAST paced restaurant looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual capable of multi tasking, being on their feet for long periods and keeping that lovely server personality during busy times. Our servers are responsible for all aspects of the customers experience, from greeting at the door to final payment and everything in between and are expected to maintain a clean and safe FOH environment. We operate our Sushi and Korean Menu from 11:30 am to 8 pm, with shifts starting from 11 am. Average shifts are approximately 7 to 8 hours with a 1 hour break. We are open EVERY day except Christmas Day and New Years Day. As weekends and holidays are our busiest days please expect to work weekends and some holidays including Mother's Day. Wage is minimum to start, with inclusion in tip pool after training period. We also offer a %20 Staff Discount to Miki's Sushi, as well as Miki's Breakfast. This is a permanent, long term position starting with part-time but with plenty of opportunity for more hours as the season progresses or to cover other severs. Port Hardy Recreation is seeking a part-time, on call cashier to join our team and be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This position plays an important role in supporting recreation programs and ensuring a positive experience for all facility users. The cashier is the first point of contact for the community. They greet patrons, answer phones, and register people for programs. They are responsible for collecting admission fees, processing registrations, completing cash reports, and providing information to the public regarding recreation programs and schedules. This role also includes routine administrative and custodial duties to support the smooth operation of the facility.
