MVP is Hiring:
We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in providing quality food, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to meet you!
We are currently hiring for a full-time position, but we also welcome resumes if you are interested in part-time opportunities.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
•Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen prep duties.
•Keep workstations stocked, organized, and ready for service.
•Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, including all equipment and work areas.
•Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
•Work efficiently and communicate effectively with the rest of the kitchen team.
•Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Compensation
•$18.25-$20.00 per hour based on experience.
•Bi-weekly kitchen tip-out.
•Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Qualifications & Experience
•Ability to read and understand kitchen orders and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Passion for cooking and a good sense of taste and smell.
•Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices.
•Familiarity with various cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen equipment, including deep fryers, ovens, and flat tops.
•Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and speed when completing tasks.
•Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
•Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
Requirements:
•Previous experience as a line cook an asset
•Availability to work during our operating hours. Currently Open Tuesday through Saturday
