Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare meals using a variety of cooking methods
•(roasting, frying, grilling, baking, steaming, boiling)
•Prepare and portion therapeutic diet meals
•Serve meals and ensure tray accuracy
•Assign tasks and provide direction to designated staff
•Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
Qualifications & Experience
•Graduation from a recognized cooking program
•Food Safe Level 1 Certificate
•Strong communication and teamwork skills
•Ability to organize work and operate kitchen equipment
•Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
•(Equivalent education and experience considered)
