The First Nation Support Worker / Language & Cultural Worker plays an important role in supporting the academic, cultural, and personal success of students at Fort Rupert Elementary School. Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff, the successful candidate will promote and strengthen students' understanding of Kwakwaka’wakw history, language, culture, traditions, and contemporary issues while providing classroom and individual student support. This position requires the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and build positive relationships with students, families, Elders, and community members.
