Details
We are looking for dedicated and reliable team members to assist in dishwashing, cleaning and food prep. Advancement to line cooking for the right individual.
Approximately 20 to 40 hours a week depending on availability and skill level.
Dishwashers are responsible for cooking Sushi rice and preparing daily sunomono salads, maintaining the dishpit and assisting in deep cleaning tasks.
Shifts are 10 am to 8 pm, include 1 family style meal, a 1 hour break, free coffee (or pop) and %20 OFF Miki's Breakfast & Sushi (on or off shift).
Wage range to start is minimum to $20, to be discussed at interview and will be based off experience.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience required - ideal 1 year +
FoodSafe Level 1 Required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be on feet for 8+ hours per day.
Ability to bend and reach overhead.
Basic Knife Skills essential
Willingness to clean!
