Job Overview We are a modular home building company based in Campbell River and are currently hiring multiple Labourers to join our growing construction team. The role involves light gauge steel panelization, framing assistance, material handling, and supporting all aspects of modular home construction from the ground up. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidates. There is also an opportunity for growth within the company. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly and panelization of light gauge steel framing. Support framing and general modular construction activities. Assist with material handling, site setup, and site cleanup. Operate hand tools and power tools safely. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. Assist other trades and team members as required. Perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving heavy materials. Qualifications & Experience Construction experience is preferred but not required. Experience with framing or light gauge steel is an asset. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work.
