Details
Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and professional manner
* Present menus and provide food and beverage recommendations
* Take food and beverage orders accurately
* Serve meals and beverages promptly
* Process payments using POS systems
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
* Assist with opening and closing duties
* Follow food safety and liquor service regulations
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous serving experience preferred but not required
* Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
