-working at a remote Lodge cooking for outdoor education students
-Provide consistent food preparation and presentation following daily menus, SPL food philosophy and hospitality standards, and direction from the Chef
-Pitch in for the team – supporting the Servers stocking the buffet, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and store rooms and refrigeration, unloading deliveries and rotating stock, minimizing waste
