Details
We are a small forestry company based out of Campbell River, Vancouver Island. We travel all over the island to work, including some coastal camp work. The work shift would be 10 days on, 4 days off, or 5 days on, 2 days off. The job requires hiking for long periods of time, as well as both boat and float plane/helicopter rides. This position also requires being comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Qualifications & Experience
This is an entry level position posting, but those experienced in the forest industry are encouraged to apply as well. • Physically fit and able to hike in difficult terrain for long periods of time • Able to work a 10/4 shift and/or a 5/2 shift. • Class 5 drivers license
