The Waterfront Seafood & Steak Restaurant is a busy oceanfront restaurant that is situated inside the Anchor Inn & Suites. Many guests are international staying at the hotel as well as locals and visitors. The restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner service.
The successful applicant will have excellent English and communication skills, capable of making a variety of alcoholic beverages, work well under pressure, and manage a up to date POS system. Experience with other modern day POS systems, ipads and iphones would be an advantage.
We are wanting a responsible well adapted individual that is confident and well spoken. Our elevated casual dining experience demands a well put together individual that can think on their feet.
Breakfast hours - 6:30am - 12pm OR Dinner hours - 2pm - 9:30pm (flexibility for a bit of both is available).
We also host many catering events, and the need to bartend busy bars during an event is required.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for an experienced Bartender & Server to work weekends and weekdays based on a 2 week ahead schedule.
Must have Serving Right certification and preference given to food safe level 1 certification.
