Functions of this role include: - Working with the site superintendent and foreman to receive and complete tasks required - Perform bridgeman and piledriver duties including bridge construction, repairs, formwork, timber, steel, and concrete installations. - Install, align, and dismantle falsework, shoring, and temporary structures. - Assist with pile driving operations, including preparation, rigging, and supporting crane and hammer activities. - Safely rig loads, signal crane operators, and participate in lifting operations. - Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and work plans. - Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment required for bridge and heavy civil work. - Measure, cut, fit, and install structural components. - Perform concrete placement, finishing support, and structural repairs as required. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. - Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site orientations. - Assist other trades and crew members as required to meet project objectives Located - North Vancouver
