Things you’ll do: - Represent Mid Island Co-op by being an ambassador and demonstrating our values of Excellence, Community, and Teamwork. - Lead, manage and provide direction to all team members. Conduct human resources and payroll related activities (hiring, scheduling, performance management, etc.). - Manage all store and merchandising standards, participate in the annual budgeting process, implement and adhere to company programs, policies, and procedures, receive and approve invoices, complete daily paperwork and manage monthly and year-end inventory. - Work directly with senior leadership on financial, pricing, and marketing strategies. - Promote and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
