Help Keep Health Care Running
Behind every hospital bed and every patient is a dedicated team working together. As a Truck Driver – Laundry, you'll play an essential role by delivering clean linen and collecting soiled laundry, helping ensure
healthcare facilities across Vancouver Island have the supplies they need to provide safe, quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• You'll safely transport and deliver:
• Clean linen to hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Pick up soiled laundry for processing
• Transport supplies and other items as required
• Provide reliable service to Island Health sites and contracted clients
• Follow safe transportation and infection prevention practices
Travel is a regular part of this role, supporting multiple Island Health locations.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications:
• Grade 10 education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Class 4 (Unrestricted) BC Driver's License or Class 3 BC Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials
