The Role
As a key member of our team the Resort Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for guests and staff. This role involves transporting guests to and from various locations, delivering items as needed, and maintaining the company vehicle(s) in excellent condition.
Your contributions to the team include:
• Valid unrestricted driver’s class 1 or 4 license with a clean driving record required.
• Safely transport guests to and from the resort, nearby attractions, airports, and other designated locations.
• Provide assistance with luggage and ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
• Act as an ambassador for the resort by offering local information and recommendations during transit.
• Offer appropriate beverages and snacks to passengers, predetermined by resort management
• Assist in the transportation of team members as required, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Transport supplies, documents, or other items between resort properties or to external locations as directed.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and resort policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being professional, friendly, and attentive to guest needs.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns during transport in a courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Assist with scheduling and route planning as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
• Valid unrestricted driver’s class 1 or 4 license with a clean driving record required.
• National Safety Code (NSC) Safety Certificate.
• Experience driving larger vehicles, such as vans or shuttles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local roads, attractions, and conditions.
• Physically capable of assisting with luggage or other items as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, early, and late shifts as needed.
