At 100% Cannabis, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Port Hardy. This is more than a retail position—our team helps customers navigate a large product selection while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store. Responsibilities include: * Providing exceptional customer service and product recommendations. * Building knowledge of cannabis products, including flavours, aromas, formats, and product characteristics. * Processing sales accurately using our POS system. * Receiving, stocking, organizing, and merchandising inventory. * Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation. * Assisting with inventory counts and daily operational tasks. * Following all company policies and provincial cannabis regulations. Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, merchandising, or inventory management is an asset. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers. * Comfortable learning and working with a large product catalogue (1,000+ SKUs). * Computer proficiency and ability to learn POS and inventory management systems. * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. * Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Able to follow policies, procedures, and all provincial cannabis retail regulations. * Must be 19 years of age or older. * Selling It Right certification is required (or willingness to obtain—we provide and pay for the certification). * Previous cannabis knowledge is an asset but not required. We provide product training.
