- drive on steep, narrow, and unpaved logging roads while following company and industry safety procedures
- Inspect truck and trailers daily, reporting and addressing maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logbooks, trip records, and inspection reports.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety
Qualifications & Experience
- class 1 drivers license with air brakes
- 2+ years experience hauling in the west coast
- steep hill experience
- Strong understanding of load securement and logging road safety
- physically fit and able to work in remote locations and all weather conditions
- problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
