Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Cultural Safety and Humility education and initiatives
•Support organization-wide and program-specific learning on anti-Indigenous racism
•Facilitate learning, dialogue, and organizational change
•Provide coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution expertise
•Develop curriculum, resources, and learning tools
•Build partnerships with Indigenous communities
•Support evaluation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Analysis, Health and Human Sciences, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
•Three (3) years of recent experience in consulting, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict management
•Experience developing and delivering Indigenous Cultural Safety and Humility training and curriculum
•Knowledge of Indigenous cultural safety, humility, and relationship-building practices
