Details
Dickson Timber is seeking an experienced Cook/Bullcook for a remote logging camp on the North Coast. We are seeking someone who works well both in a team or alone, takes pride in producing quality work, has a strong work ethic, is responsible and accountable for all duties, follows direction from management, has good communication skills, able to maintain a high level of performance over a 12 hour shift, is able to problem solve and adapt to changing situations, different crews, crew sizes, camp locations, and logistics. The shift is 14 days in 7 days out. The current position is cook for 7 days, bullcook for 7 days. Cook Duties: • Responsible for all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation. BullCook Duties: • Lunch Table Preparation, assisting the cook, and cleaning of the barge. Available to start immediately.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Certifications: • Food Safe Level 1 • WHMIS • First Aid (ideal but not required to start)
