*Wash, peel, chop and slice vegetables, fruits and herbs.
*Measure, weigh and portion ingredients(Sauces, proteins, sides).
*Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
*Basic cooking knowledge is an asset but not requirement. We will train for the right person.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
