We are seeking an experienced Pile Driving Superintendent to lead pile driving operations on marine and heavy civil construction projects. This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of piles, while managing crews, equipment, and daily field operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Supervise all pile driving activities
• Lead and supervise crews/subcontractors
• Plan and coordinate daily work
• Equipment and materials
• Communicate daily progress
• Schedule impacts, and field issues to project management.
Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years pile driving or marine construction experience
• Prior superintendent or foreman experience
• Strong knowledge of pile driving methods
• Equipment and marine operations
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
