Indigenous Support Worker - (219403) PH Mental Health & Addiction Services (PHMHAS)- Port Hardy The Indigenous Support Worker provides culturally safe, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction–based support to Indigenous clients experiencing substance use and mental health challenges. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this role supports daily living, advocacy, life skills, and connection to community and cultural resources. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Community Social Services or related field - 2+ years' experience with Indigenous communities/resources - Knowledge of harm reduction, Indigenous health issues & protocols - Valid BC driver’s license, First Aid (Level C) - Preference for First Nations, Métis, or Inuit candidate
