Located in the heart of Port Alice, Mio Amore Pizza offers a unique opportunity to work in a stunning coastal community surrounded by nature.
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include preparing ingredients, making pizzas and other menu items, cooking and assembling orders, maintaining a clean and organized work area, helping customers at the front counter, answering phones, handling orders, and assisting with deliveries. Team members may also help with opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen and service areas running smoothly during busy hours.
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for someone who is reliable and punctual, hardworking and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Someone friendly and professional with customers and coworkers and passionate about food.
We prefer some experience, but are willing to train the right person, in basic culinary work, pizza-making experience, and basic computer skills are an asset.
Food Safe certification and valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence is also preferred, must be bondable.
We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, stay organized, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Flexibility, dependability, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
