We have steady work all up and down the island, including a watermain and storm sewer replacement project starting this spring in Campbell River. Exact wages are determined based on position and commensurate with experience. We pay overtime, offer extended benefits after successful completion of 3-month probationary period and have an RRSP matching program for established personnel (offered after 2 years of employment). Other compensation items may include LOA or company vehicle (determined by project and operational needs and position).
