Details
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our Macy's Food Truck team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming environment.
Duties
• Greeting Customers.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are always followed.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
Requirements
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy.
• Experience in food industry roles including serving, food safety, and hospitality is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
