We are only looking for reliable individuals who are looking for something a little different than we've had up here before!

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a reliable, experienced line cook (preference will be given to applicants with at least 5 years experience) with open availability.
We will be moving some shifts around so need someone who would be available for the day shift (starting at 5:30 or 6:00 am) and the evening shift
(starting at 1:00 or 2:00 pm).
We make the majority of our sauces and menu items in house so an ability to follow recipes for prep and proper cooking procedures is a must. We will be making a few changes to the current menu and are planning to run specials starting early in the New Year, and welcome those who have a creative touch and like to come up with unique dishes.
Any experience cooking Mexican food (even at home!) is also helpful, but not required.
