Job Description:
- Book appointments, maintain and update calendars, remind personnel of their appointments
- Make appointment reminder calls
- Answer incoming calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
- Keep accurate and comprehensive notes on all client interactions in our client relations manager (CRM)
- Prepare files for client meetings
- Maintain a professional level of office cleanliness
- Create and print fax sheets, memos, mail, reports and other documents
- Required to perform basic clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, and scanning
- Routine workstation and office equipment maintenance
- Carry out other tasks as assigned from time to time by management

High School Diploma
Experience:
1-2 years of related experience (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment while working for multiple advisors
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including multiple lined phones, printers, and photocopy machines
- Arrive on time, dressed appropriately for a professional office setting
- Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
- Criminal Record Search
- Ability to work unsupervised
