The positions we should have available are:
Line Cooks: 2 full time night; at least 1 full time day.
Servers: 1 full time day server for Monday-Friday; 2-3 full time/part time evening servers. (possibly 1 FT bartender instead of 1 evening server depending on everyone's experience with making drinks)
We are planning to open by September 22, 2025, with a soft opening the day before for a limited number of family and friends. We would like to start interviews this week so we can have our full team set before opening. Our hours until Spring will be 6:30 am - 8:00 pm. (with our morning staff starting at 6:00 am to set up for the open).
We always strive for a fun work environment, and are looking for people who are willing and able to work as a team and enjoy what they do. We all have stress and things going on in our lives, but work is work and we want to ensure that we are all working together to give our guests a great experience while they are at our restaurant.

Qualifications & Experience
Preferred at least 3 years experience, especially for our cooks. Pay will be based on experience (and position), so $20 is not the as high as we will be paying for experienced line cooks. If anyone has experience making Mexican dishes that will be a plus, but is not required.
If you are applying for a front of house position, you must have your Serving it Right by the time you start work and will need to email or provide us with a copy as there is an expiry date attached to them. It would be nice if you have bartending experience, at least enough to make standard drinks, but if not one of our server positions will likely change to a bartender position.
