Details
Treatment Logistic Supervisors play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of our
salmon. Additionally, they ensure our processes are in compliance with all Company standards
and regulations. Reporting to the Treatment Manager, the Treatment Logistic Supervisor is
expected to contribute to a safe, ethical, efficient, and positive work environment. Following policies
and procedures, working with and providing direction to all Treatment Crews during treatment, and
bringing forward issues with potential solutions to the Treatment Manager is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and supervision to the Treatment Teams.
• Assist with the organization and implementation of the Well Boat and Mechanical Farm Treatment
Plan, in consultation with the Treatment Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Ensure all safety precautions and protocols are adhered to.
• Assist farm staff to ensure they understand their involvement in safety procedures during
treatments.
• Report potential or actual fish escape incidents to Treatment Manager immediately
• Report to Treatment Manager if wellbeing of the fish is noticeably declining.
• Participate in loading of treatment products both into the Well Boats and at our Storage Area at
Omega dock.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00

Qualifications & Experience
• At least 4 years practical farming experience (4 years farming experience or 3 years farming
plus additional supervisory/leadership experience in another industry).
• Advanced First Aid is preferred.
• Post-secondary aquaculture certificate or diploma preferred.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Aquafarmer, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
