Details
Office Manager for a self-storage facility
- Will interact with customers, move-ins, move-outs, field inquiries and perform accounting
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Must be able to deal with customers in a friendly, respectful yet firm manner
- Must be adept at computer use, as accounting entry is a daily activity, as well as creating month-end reports
- Able to respond to customer emails and new customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Office hours will be Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm
Qualifications & Experience
- Retail experience interacting with customers, friendly yet firm
- Computer experience is required (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Office experience dealing with printing, scanning and filing documents
- Light maintenance experience is a plus
