We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting walk in customers, answering phone calls and emails
-Draft quotes in our digital program for countertop projects
-Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Provide team support to various departments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40 per week
