We’re a family-owned, majority women-led business that started on Cortes Island in 2003. We source and package organic and natural foods from Canada and around the world—always with a commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and community. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for A players—people who are eager to work, learn, and contribute to something meaningful.
Days: Monday to Thursday- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Hours per week: 32
Starting wage per hour: $20
Expected start date: ASAP

• Perform repetitive tasks while staying focused and productive
• Work closely with our team to meet daily production goals
• Take direction from the Production Manager and senior staff
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Physically able to lift 25 kg and perform repetitive motions
• Able to take and apply direction and feedback
• Perform repetitive tasks while staying focused and productive
