We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Organizing residential residences to ensure a clean environment.
• Move in and out cleans including appliances and detail oriented work.
• Establishing good customer service when dealing with clients face to face.

• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Valid drivers license and current drivers abstract
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
• Criminal Record Check is needed upon Hiring with reimbursement
