Pier CPA Group Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This full-time position offers flexible hours tailored to the successful candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage Outlook calendars and schedule appointments
Coordinate, prepare, edit, and proofread client correspondence and other documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files (paper and electronic)
Ensure the accuracy of office databases
Provide basic bookkeeping services for clients
Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, mailing, filing, and document retrieval
Maintain spreadsheets and databases, and complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
Strong team player with experience working in a collaborative environment
Experience with Sage (Simply Accounting) and Profile Tax software is an asset
