Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable.

Duties

Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Utilize computer software to manage information efficiently and accurately.
Support the dental receptionist with patient check-in/check-out processes as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of office software applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
