Details
Main duties will be providing laundry services, BC Lottery sales, as well as Purolator shipping and receiving but will also include:
Train and supervise employees
Ensure the upkeep of all laundry areas in respect to complete care, cleanliness and maintenance
Work with employees on a daily basis to upgrade skills and decision making
Ensure equipment problems/issues are promptly communicated to the manager
Ensure customers requests are dealt with in a timely manner
Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service

Qualifications & Experience
Previous supervisory experience is considered an asset
Valid driver's license is preferred
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions
Must be in good physical condition
Strong communication and organizational skills
Highly reliable and responsible with strong problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
Ability to focus attention on customers needs, remaining calm, and courteous at all times
