Details
As the Value Creation Quality (VCQ) Assistant, you will support the Value Creation Quality Department in leading, driving and maintaining HACCP, SSOP, product specifications, and label/audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Implement HACCP programs and maintain HACCP records for all products received, processed, and packed/repacked at this facility.
Implement GMP and SSOP in meeting regulatory requirements and customer’s expectations. Maintain HACCP, sanitation, and labeling standards
Maintain a positive attitude and constantly look for opportunities for improvement. Perform other duties, as assigned.
Provide maternity leave coverage for the Product Control Program Coordinator.
This position requires a flexible schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in quality assurance and in food safety. Good computer skills and knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Supervisory experience.
