Are you super organized, do you make work fun, and do you like to be physically active throughout the day? The successful candidate will assist the Housekeeping Manager in being responsible for the day-to-day activity of the department. They will assist the Housekeeping Manager in providing direction for the housekeeping staff, and help in doing inspections and delegating work, and keep the team on schedule to meet timelines.
Wage Range: $20 – $22 / hour
Term: Seasonal, full-time, March – November

Responsibilities:
Coach, mentor and motivate housekeeping staff, while working alongside them
Help the manager in delegating tasks and inspecting accommodations prior to guest arrival
Computer skills for working with the reservation system and to assist with administrative duties scheduling, and ordering supplies
Adhere to cleaning procedures and standards
Ability to shift priorities in response to maintenance, office or guest requests
Stewardship, doing more with less through limiting waste and, use of sustainable products and practices
We provide staff accommodation on site.
