St. Jean’s Cannery is a locally-owned business whose head office is in Nanaimo. This job is at the Campbell River retail store and depot location. You would be part of a small team of people who assist retail customers as well as sport fishermen who are having St. Jean’s process their catch. Training will be provided in areas such as processing cash and credit/debit payments, re-stocking shelves, receiving sport fish orders, paperwork and light cleaning/dusting.

Your schedule would be flexible based on a balance of the staffing needs of the store and your availability but you could expect 2-4 days’ work each week, including some Saturdays. Training would be provided to the right candidate and a benefits package is offered after successful completion of 3 months employment.
