Ready to GROW?

Getting a job is one thing. Feeling ready for it and being confident in what you bring is another.

That’s what the GROW (Getting Ready for Opportunities at Work) program from WorkBC Centre-North Island is all about.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll work through 16 practical topics that can make a real difference at work and in everyday life. From communication, problem solving and time management to confidence, goal setting, workplace culture, money matters, digital literacy and knowing your values, these core skills are essential in todays workplaces.

Why join GROW? Because sometimes the next step isn’t just finding another job posting to throw a resume at. It’s building the skills and confidence that help you feel more prepared and able to go after the opportunities you actually want; and then succeed once you get there.
