Details
Run the kitchen during business hours, prep food before service, cook and plate all meals during business hours. Work with the owners regarding inventory, maintain a clean work environment, have high cleanliness standards.

This is a seasonal job in a small family owned motel/ pub. Its located in a small fishing village that is very tourist driven making for good tips. This position would be ideal for an enthusiastic adventure seeking persons.

Season is likely to start early May and run until the end of September. Able to provide room and board to the right candidate.
Qualifications & Experience
self motivated, works well with limited supervision, high quality standards, someone who takes pride in their work, polite, respectful, can manage all aspects of running the kitchen, 3 years experience min.
