In partnership with the Ministry of Health, Island Health is offering a life-changing career path through the Health Career Access Program (HCAP). This program allows you to gain paid employment as a Health Care Support Worker while receiving the training and education necessary to become a registered Health Care Aide.

About Island Health: Island Health provides comprehensive health and care services to over 885,000 people on Vancouver Island, the islands in the Salish Sea, and the Johnstone Strait, as well as mainland communities north of Powell River. You will be required to work all shifts which could be days/evenings or nights, between Monday through Sundays.

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 10, including successful completion of English 10 or equivalency. Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
