Qualifications & Experience
Real Estate License: A valid real estate license in British Columbia is required.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and confidently present value propositions and negotiate with clients.
Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client relationships simultaneously.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results.
Client-Focused Mindset: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with clients after transactions.
Willingness to Learn: Open to ongoing training and professional development in the listing agent role.
Local Market Knowledge and Experience with sales is an asset.
