Compensation

Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 based on qualifications and experience. Lemare Employer Paid Benefits include Extended Health, Dental, Long-Term Disability, Group Life Insurance, and RRSP Contributions. Employees participate in these plans as subject to the plan’s requirements.
This position is a permanent full-time position. Remuneration is provided based on the individual hired and their skill set. Reviews of training, progress, and remuneration are conducted at established timelines.

Lemare is currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Manager. This position is based in beautiful Port McNeill on northern Vancouver Island. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate office and field operations and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Scheduling appointments, meetings and events as required
• Provide support to team members with various tasks, including document preparation and data entry
• Maintains and schedules employee’s annual training requirements
• Maintaining Management Calendars including conducting travel arrangements-understanding the need for flexibility and changes
• Preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
• Maintaining completion of tasks within prescribed deadlines
• Navigating through systems such as Worksafe BC, Forest Legislation, Mines Act
• Other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the office and operations

Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative of office management role
• Familiarity with social media management
• Experience supporting Natural Resource Companies is desired
• Ability to provide an acceptable drivers abstract and eligible for Security Clearance through Natural Resources Canada

• Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
• Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
